San Francisco Approves Office Of Cannabis

San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors voted Tuesday to establish an Office of Cannabis, which will issue business permits to sell marijuana for recreational use once it goes into effect this fall.

The Budget and Finance Committee voted to approve the office, which will receive $700,000 from the city budget and would operate under City Administrator Naomi Kelly.
